Executive Function encompasses mental processes that enable you to set and achieve goals. These skills are crucial for problem-solving, planning, and emotional regulation. Research indicates that robust executive functioning skills significantly impact your mental and physical health, as well as your overall quality of life. Conversely, weak executive functioning can hinder academic performance, job retention, and social relationships.
The three primary executive functions are:
  1. Working Memory
  2. Cognitive Flexibility
  3. Inhibition Control
